'Stories to Live By: Storytelling as Emotional Literacy Workshop with Michael Williams, Ruth Kirkpatrick and Wendy Woolfson, International Storytelling Festival, 26th October, 10am-4:30pm, Scottish Storytelling Centre, 43 High St Edinburgh - a CPD training workshop on the use of storytelling as emotional literacy. Michael's part of the workshop focuses on work with boys.

'Meet the Storyteller', International Storytelling Festival, 26th October, Scottish Storytelling Centre, 43 High St Edinburgh - a chance to meet Michael in person and hear about his life and how he became a storyteller.

Storytelling in Redbrae Cafe, Leith Edinburgh, 19th October - Michael tells stories and sings songs for sailors of the Canadian ship HMS Athabaska at this local community project
