REVIEW OF SATURDAY'S CHILDREN'S DAY, Sat 19th Feb:
"Great turnout...Fun learning....music and art! Our theme of Five Senses started with exploring SOUND through music and making instruments from recycled material. The importance of SIGHT was brought home in a fun way by Gavin Neate from Guide Dogs for the Blind and "Fudge" a dog in training; loved by all the kids...adults not so sure!! Refreshments helped us explore TASTE and SMELL. Children used their fine sense of TOUCH to create beautiful origami animals. Storyteller Michael Williams kept us all enthralled with tales and songs from around the world."
